Project Details

Borough is the newest site for Honest Burger, situated on the edge of the Market and underneath a newly developed office building.

The brief:
Dentons worked hand in hand with a dedicated project team and Honest Burger.

Working alongside the main contractor the cookline and wash area were all developed from a category B building fit out (a building with no floor, ceiling or shop front).
Due to limited space in the basement we had to use the vaulted sections for the wash area. The client also required a serving station within the seating areas on two floors.

Completion:
Installation from start to finish, planning and all services for the associated area took only 6 weeks’ from first site meeting to hand over.
