Project Management
Once your kitchen design is finalised and your order is confirmed, you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager from our experienced team. They will oversee your project from order through to completion, acting as your single point of contact and ensuring clear communication at every stage.
Your Project Manager will issue a comprehensive set of service drawings for you and the other contractors involved. They will attend required site meetings and coordinate closely with builders, plumbers, and electricians both before and during installation to ensure everything is properly prepared for our engineers.
They will manage the delivery schedule of your commercial kitchen equipment and remain in constant contact with our installation team while on site, carefully overseeing progress to ensure deadlines are met and the project runs smoothly.
