During October 2018 Dentons were tasked with a kitchen redesign at Meat Liqour Queensway to enable the operator to cater for a large increase in covers owing to an in house refurbishment of the bowling alley and ice rink.
By utilising an existing prep area to relocate the existing cookline and by adding a larger fry suite and additional griddles the center of the kitchen would now be used for burger makeup and plating.
This was a bespoke design allowing for two identical work stations to cope with peak demand.
Working hand in hand with the M&E contractor we helped to specify new kitchen ventilation to three separate cook areas.
All in all this was hugely successful project delivered within a very short time frame of 2 weeks closure.
