Project Details

Dentons were approached by long term client Gourmet Burger Kitchen to design the kitchen and bar area for their new restaurant in Worcester’s Crown Gate Shopping Centre. It was an interesting site with the kitchen spread over two floors. The brief was to have a working kitchen on full view of the customer.

Working alongside the client and interior designers, Dentons rose to the challenge to design a scheme that was not only operationally efficient but was also suitable for the open plan style GBK requested.

The bar was the central feature to the restaurant and we were asked to provide an alternative, contemporary finish to the work tops. Following some investigation, and numerous conversations with our fabricators, a black finished stainless steel was specified and the desired affect was achieved.

All in all a great project, finished on time, within budget and to Gourmet Burger Kitchen requirements.
