Positioned at the heart of London’s Theatre Land, Dentons were commissioned to design, fabricate and install a new Franco Manca.
Franco Manca Aldwych opened its doors at the end of 2018, complimenting its existing branch in Maiden Lane, Covent Garden. This particular site was challenging in respect of it being an existing functioning restaurant that needed to be completely uninstalled and removed prior to any works being undertaken. Dentons worked alongside Metz Construction to achieve this in the quickest possible time. Once site was clear, work began at pace making sure the job handed over on time and in time for Christmas.
