Description

The dariole mould is a classic French style mould popular for making old fashioned style cream horns. It is also idea for making the English madeliene (sponge cake dipped in red jam and rolled in coconut).

This silicone mould contains 8 large dariole mould cells. It is very flexible and needs to be used on a baking tray for support. These moulds are also popular for making castle puddings ice creams parfaits and many other sweet and savoury recipes.
