We were excited to be asked to supply and fit the kitchen at Fabian Clark’s new Kingly Street restaurant Claw. This seafood restaurant started life as a street food vendor in the city of London and now in its permanent Soho site behind Carnaby Street with two floors it offers a Sustainability a focused menu specialising mainly in Crab from Salcombe. Dentons were employed to maximise a small area allocated for the kitchen and preparation areas. After consulting with the chef and several drawings later a final design was agreed and then installed incorporating combination oven, open top cooking and plenty of refrigeration.
