Description

To be called a chef’s knife implies that such a knife is the most important of all the options in the range of knives available in the kitchen. A chef’s knife can be used for absolutely anything from chopping meat to slicing fruit and vegetables. Chef’s knives have a broad blade that curves upwards towards the tip to allow the knife to rock for fine mincing. The spine is thick to add weight/strength for a greater cutting force.

Blades are manufactured using high quality 420 stainless steel that has added Molybdenum, which gives the steel excellent edge retention, high durability and exceptional rust resistance.

Each knife features a moulded handle, which combines the strength and durability of Polypropylene with the softness and serenity of rubber. A combination of sublime strength and lasting comfort.
