As well as fitting kitchens we are specialists in proving our customers with a complete support package. We are Gas Safe registered and our installation and maintenance crews have extensive experience of many makes and models of gas and electric equipment. We also offer preventative maintenance contracts which can be tailored to your requirements. We also carry a comprehensive range of spare parts from stock and In case of emergencies; we offer very competitive call out rates for breakdowns.

Design and Planning
Dentons prides itself on customer satisfaction and this begins at the customer introduction, right the way through to the hand over of the finished project. You will be introduced to one of our experienced project managers who will work with you and also act as the sole point of contact for your architects, consultants and contractors, offering along the way honest, genuine and trustworthy advice. Our design team use the latest AutoCAD software to help bring your ideas to life, and to produce detailed plans of your kitchen which include plan, elevation and isometric views and show all necessary service requirements so that all contractors involved have an understanding of what is needed.
Once drawings are approved and orders are placed we will co-ordinate deliveries with all of the manufacturers to ensure that the equipment is on site and on time. At Dentons we have various logistical options at our disposal from our own day to day delivery drivers, next day couriers and specialist delivery companies to tackle more complex deliveries that may require lifting of equipment up and down stairs or through windows, etc.
Installation of your kitchen will be carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineers who will check, unpack and position the equipment before installing to within 1 metre of the equipment location after which we will fully test and commission the appliances ready for handover of the project.
Training can be provided following job completion where staff will be shown how to operate, clean and maintain the appliances to ensure that they work at optimum levels at all times. We will also provide you with a folder containing a complete set of user manuals and all necessary contact details and procedures for emergencies.
All new machines come with a manufacturer's warranty which is 1 year parts and labour unless otherwise stated.
